Terms and conditions

We sell handmade products!  Shaping by hand gives a personal touch to the cup or bowl and can vary in looks. They are never exactly alike. This is what makes them personal and special! All cast products have a simularity to them, but also here the design is all ours and you wount find an equal item anywere else!  

Delivery
Many products I can send within 2-3 workingdays. Some product will take longer. You will get information on this when ordering. Or send us a mail and we can tell about the deliveytime for the day!

Returns
If you are not happy with a product and like to send it back, this can be done within 14 days from recieving it. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost. We will pay you back for the cost of the product! If the product is damaged from shipping, we will need to see a photo of this. In this case you will have a new product sent to you on our expence!
